Flight Mechanics for the Long Jump

Cameron Gary

Tuesday, April 6, 2021 @ 8:00pm PT

About the Session

The Long Jump is basically a controlled “trip.” Although this seems counter-intuitive, the best way to be successful in the horizontal jumps is to learn how to “trip” in the most ballistic, coordinated and dynamic manner possible… without getting hurt in the process. This course explores commonly used methods to maximize performance outcomes.
