Brian FitzGerald

About the Session

Come with an open mind for this bare bones presentation that will help coaches maximize performance in the short relay. Relay theory, set-up, exchange technique and the new 30m passing zone will all be discussed. If you’ve heard Brian speak on the relay before, this will be a more succinct version of his presentation.
